ELECTRIC SCOOTER VSETT 9 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Vsett 9 electric scooter is a single-motor version of the more powerful Vsett 9+ electric scooter. Compared to the previous generation (Zero electric scooters), the Vsett electric scooter is superior in every aspect: it’s higher quality, more durable, more capable, faster, and more user-friendly. For the first time in this price and weight class of electric scooters, the Vsett 9 also includes an IP54 waterproof rating, which is very important in Estonian weather conditions. The Vsett 9 electric scooter definitely has the most striking appearance and color combination in its class. The wheels feature stripes reminiscent of jet engines (similar to Inokim), and the light blue swingarms are adorned with white “speed stripes”. This electric scooter certainly stands out in the street scene!
VSETT ELECTRIC SCOOTER – TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
All Vsett electric scooters are equipped with a groundbreaking folding system that is easily adjustable, features multiple safety levels, and prevents the rattles and looseness due to metal fatigue that were common in previous generations of electric scooters. The new QS-S4 display, based on OLED technology, is more user-friendly than all previous versions. The Vsett 9 display shows data on speed, driving mode, battery level, and even how many kilometers the electric scooter has traveled during its lifetime. Additionally, the smart display allows for the setting of a cruise control, and how intensely the electric scooter uses the electric brake (motor brake).
Theft protection has also been taken to the next level – the electric scooter can be turned on with a wireless NFC card. This NFC code can also be saved in your smartphone or watch to unlock the electric scooter. The Vsett 9 electric scooter is equipped with both front and rear wheel hybrid adjustable hydraulic spring shocks. This new spring technology allows for combining the best aspects of spring and hydraulic dampers, and the suspension can be adjusted from very soft and bouncy to very stiff and stable, or anything in between. Additionally, for the first time in the history of electric scooters, standard-sized 165mm shocks are used, allowing more enthusiastic users to replace the shock absorbers according to their preference.
PERFORMANCE
The Vsett 9 electric scooter is equipped with a powerful 650W electric motor, which ensures strong acceleration, allowing the scooter to quickly reach the manufacturer’s speed of 25 km/h, even while carrying heavier loads or climbing slopes up to 25 degrees. When used off-road, the scooter can reach speeds up to 25 km/h. The manufacturer’s weight limit for the electric scooter is 120 kg. It is advisable not to exceed this limit, as the scooter is equipped with small 8-inch tires, and excessive weight can cause the inner tubes to easily burst due to impacts.
With a smooth riding style, at 25 km/h and a 70 kg rider in ideal conditions, the scooter can travel up to 55 km on a single charge, but as is typical with electric scooters, the actual travel distance for an average rider is closer to 40 km. The scooter is equipped with a 52V/13000mAh (676Wh) battery. A full charge from 0-100% takes between 3-6.5 hours, depending on whether one charger (included with the scooter) or two chargers are used.
For visibility during dusk or to make oneself visible to other road users, the Vsett 9 electric scooter is equipped with both front and rear LED lights. The scooter also has rear turn signals, which can be turned on and off via switches integrated into the scooter’s handlebars. When riding the electric scooter, we always recommend wearing a helmet.
