Sending an electric scooter for maintenance or repair to a workshop in <\/strong><\/b><\/a>T\u00f5uksimaailm . T\u00f5uksimaailm offers its customers a service where we arrange the pick-up of an electric scooter sent for repair from the customer's work\/home to our workshop in Tallinn. All you need to do is order the product and enter the appropriate pick-up time for the shipment (at the earliest on the next working day) in the \"Notes on order (optional)\" field on the order details page. In case of an empty compartment, we will order a courier for the next working day and we will specify the period between 9:00 and 18:00.<\/p>\n

The courier will call in advance to coordinate a more precise pick-up time. Depending on the weight of the electric scooter, the price of the product including packaging is 10\u20ac - 25\u20ac<\/strong><\/b>, plus 9.50\u20ac<\/strong><\/b> ( DPD courier).<\/strong><\/b> The price does not include the cost of returning the electric scooter. The return shipping cost is 9.50\u20ac, which will be added to the repair bill of the scooter. For repair bills of more than 100\u20ac the return is free of charge.<\/p>\n

NB:<\/strong><\/b> The scooter should be in its original packaging (preferably the original packaging). If the packaging is missing, a charge will be added for the packaging of the scooter, based on the workshop's hourly rate. If you don't have the original packaging, you can buy new packaging from us for 10 cents<\/strong><\/b> - for the cost of transporting the scooter<\/strong><\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please be sure to include your contact details and a description of the electric scooter on paper in the packaging with the electric scooter - this way we can identify that it is your electric scooter. We will contact you to agree the cost of the work before we start.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

NOTE:<\/strong><\/b> A paper<\/strong><\/b> copy of the description of the defect and\/or the list of the repair work to be carried out must accompany<\/strong><\/b> the electric scooter to the workshop. We do not document any information sent by e-mail, telephone or in the description of the e-shop order before the scooter arrives at the workshop, and it is very likely that requests sent via these channels will not be taken into account when the work is accepted.<\/p>\n

The electric scooter must be packaged.<\/strong><\/b> The courier has the right to refuse to pick up the scooter without packaging. If you do not have the packaging to send your scooter for repair, you can order it from us - from the scooter transport box<\/strong><\/b><\/a>.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n
